Graphics Design Intern and Full-Time 

INTERNSHIP DURATION: 6 MONTHS

 
As a designer in our creative and marketing team, you will work closely with the founder to ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all online and offline channels. You will be an integral part of visualising and creating graphics that will inspire and capture the attention of our target audience.
 
Responsibilities
  • Editing of graphics and videos using software such as photoshop and illustrator
  • Product styling
  • Product photography and videography
  • Ensure that all marketing visuals are aligned with brand aesthetics, including use of typography and colours
  • Design and implement creative marketing strategies/directions
  • Conceptualize and produce all brand/marketing visuals including, website banners, advertising creatives, product designs and ensure design meets brand expectations
 
Other Responsibilities (FOR FULL-TIME)
  • Ensure that all visuals are aligned with digital content strategies to convey and meet key marketing objectives across all online platforms
  • Manage and elevate social media experience and visuals
  • Manage interns and liaise with agencies in terms of ensuring visual work is aligned with branding requirements
 
Requirements
  • Singaporeans and PR applicants 
  • A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent, with strong portfolio/style with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Premier Pro, some knowledge in After Effects.
  • A great eye for colour, style, and trends focused with modern minimalist concept 
  • An affinity for typography, illustrations, patterns, designs, materials
  • A keen eye for details and aesthetics
  • A thinking and solutions-driven design ethic
  • Detail oriented and conscientious, proactive, able to show initiative and ideas
  • Be a team player that is communicative, responsive, teachable and willing to learn
  • Excellent and prompt communication skills and teamwork
  • Highly committed and have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude

Content Marketer

 
You will have a solid hands-on experience of the overall brand social media strategy across various social media channels and touchpoints. You will play a key role in creating buzzworthy and relevant content for the various social channels. You will work closely with the founder to ensure consistency in designing and implementing content strategies across all marketing platforms 
 
Responsibilities
  • Support content planning, strategising and storytelling framework across all marketing channels
  • Design digital content strategies and implement appropriate creative advertising strategies/directions across different platforms 
  • Collaborate closely with internal pillars, functions and country teams to develop social content and strategies for all social channels.
  • Support campaign launch plans around key stories and content for the brand social platforms.
  • Create data-centric strategy to elevate brand’s social presence and communication on organic social channels.
  • Ensure that all visuals are aligned with digital content strategies to convey and meet key marketing objectives across all online platforms
  • Support all brand/marketing visuals including EDMs, website banners, advertising creatives, product designs and ensure content meets brand expectation.
  • Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns

Requirements
  • Singaporeans and PR applicants 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • A passion for marketing and creative storytelling with a strong consumer instinct

  • A creative visual creator with a penchant for impactful brand storytelling
  • A strong understanding of the digital landscape as well as the BBCommunity and their lifestyle.

Procurement & Operations Executive

Responsibilities

  • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
  • Oversee and manage shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Procure necessary goods and services
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
  • Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Other ad-hoc duties (when needed)

Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:

  • Must be Singaporean or PR
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers
  • Ability to speak and type in Mandarin as some of our suppliers are only conversant in Mandarin
  • Excellent and prompt communication skills and teamwork
  • Show empathy especially when working with beneficiaries
  • Multitasker with good planning and organising skills
  • Humble to learn and willing to do ground work
  • Resourceful problem solver
