Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

  • Product photography and videography
  • Editing of graphics and videos using software such as photoshop and illustrator
  • Product styling
  • Ensure that all marketing visuals are aligned with brand aesthetics, including use of typography and colours
  • Design and implement creative marketing strategies/directions
  • Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms
  • Manage and elevate social media experience, visuals, assist to plan IG posts and design IG stories
  • Conceptualize and produce all brand/marketing visuals including EDMs, website banners, advertising creatives, product designs and ensure design meets brand expectations

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent, with strong portfolio and style
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Premier Pro, some knowledge in After Effects
  • A great eye for colour, style, and trends
  • An affinity for typography, illustrations, patterns, designs, materials
  • A keen eye for details and aesthetics
  • A thinking and solutions-driven design ethic
  • Detail oriented and conscientious, pro-active, able to show initiative and ideas
  • Be a team player that is communicative, responsive, teachable and willing to learn
  • Highly committed and have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude

Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement creative marketing strategies/directions
  • Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Manage and elevate social media experience, visuals, assist to plan IG posts and design IG stories
  • Support all brand/marketing visuals including EDMs, website banners, advertising creatives, product designs and ensure design meets brand expectations
  • Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
  • Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
  • Know which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
  • Deliver and execute on weekly/monthly marketing goals by leading, mentoring and providing feedbacks to your teammates
  • Provide bi-weekly reportings to management
  • Interact and collaborate seamlessly with other functional teams such as operations, customer service to gather useful information that will help you in your job
  • Oversee and manage day to day marketing activities to ensure smooth and seamless execution.
  • Conduct weekly business reviews to expand our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profitability

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in marketing or business management, with ideally 2 years of experience.
  • A passion and genuine love for design and marketing – always thinking of the customer first!
  • A self starter with strong personal drive, self motivated, performance-driven attitude, hunger and thirst for results
  • Drive results fast/executes with sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Adaptable and quick learner, comfortable with working in a fast-paced and fast changing environment
  • A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills in motivating and driving a team
  • An outgoing and warm personality who enjoys interacting and connecting with people to build trusting relationships with both internal employees and our audiences

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Serves customers promptly by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prompt communication and teamwork to support customer enquiries and changes

HR & Finance Executive

Responsibilities

  • Handle monthly payroll, claims and leave management
  • Handle internships liaison
  • Manage job postings and candidates
  • Work with sales team to issue invoices and track payments
  • Work with our accounts partner to manage monthly book keeping and accounts
  • Handle quarterly GST accounts submission
  • Assist management team to generate reports for monthly meetings

  • Multitasker with good planning and organising skills

Operations & Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

  • Work with operations team to ensure healthy inventory levels
  • Timely procurement of materials and supplies
  • Develop robust supply chain by managing suppliers and securing new supply streams
  • Track and ensure timely shipments
  • Managing quality control of shipments and reporting defects
  • Planning and forecast of future stocks
  • Manage inventory

Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:

  • Must be Singaporean or PR
  • Ability to speak and type in Mandarin as some of our suppliers are only conversant in Mandarin
  • Excellent and prompt communication skills and teamwork
  • Show empathy especially when working with beneficiaries
