Operations Assistant

Job Description
– Handle customer related matters
– Fulfilling orders, from inventory management, printing order note, doing customisation, booking of logistics to ensuring successful order completion
– Inspecting merchandise before delivery
– Preparation work for workshops and events
– Product edits such as uploading of pictures/updating description
– Reordering office supplies
– Daily stock taking
– Unpacking and inspection of shipment
– Data entry of finance related transactions (claims etc)
– Other adhoc admin duties

Requirements:
– Proficient in English
– Basic Microsoft office skills, including use of msword, msexcel, email, printing etc
– Meticulous, Good initiative, Teamwork
– Flexibility to work on weekends due to peak seasons if required
– Singaporean/PR

Sales & Business Development

Responsibilities
– Work with management to innovate and improve business development strategies
– Execute said business aspects from start to end
– Establish partnerships and liaise with partners to build new business line
– Tap onto existing business development plans to leverage synergies between business lines
– Singaporean/PR

Tech Intern

Responsibilities
– Support daily eCommerce operational needs
– Work closely with team to improve customer experience on the site

Requirements (Or willing to learn from our mentor)
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS
– Experience in eCommerce platforms
– Experience in some backend frameworks
– Able to learn things fast and be meticulous
– Able to communicate well and work as a team

Marketing Intern

Responsibilities
– Manage content curation and editing process for all aspects of our work, from written articles to interactive stories, data visualizations and corporate decks
– Drive assigned special projects including publications and editorial, community events and education programs
– Raise the profile of the assigned projects, through either networking, presentations or social media assets
– Design experiences and dream up possibilities on how to make an impact through stories and experiences
