Exchange & Refund Policy
To be eligible, please make sure that your items are back at our facility (by appointment basis) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new condition and original packaging intact for us to process the exchange.
For international orders: You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.
Terms & Conditions
- Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credits.
- Valid for one-time exchange only.
- Sale or discounted items, consumable products, products with personalisation or customisation are not eligible for exchanges and refunds.
- Refund of eligible purchase excludes delivery fee, and will be in store credits with 3 months validity from date of issue.
- All refunds and exchanges due to change of mind must be made with original packaging and condition in place.
Late Delivery Refund Policy
- Refund is applicable to delivery fees only.
- Refund of delivery fee due to late delivery excludes unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as wet weather and road traffic accidents.
- Refund of delivery fee is not eligible for orders with free delivery.
- Refund of delivery fee will be made in the same payment method used to make the purchase.
