Bluetooth Speaker Dome Warranty Registration

This warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery/collection.

Registration must be completed within 14 days from date of delivery/collection.

This warranty does not include transport, delivery or handling charges incurred in the transportation to and from the Service Center.

This warranty is applicable to Singapore mainland only.

This warranty is applicable only for the ORIGINALLY PURCHASE and not for resale.

Therefore under circumstances, rights under this warranty are not assignable.

The USB cable is not covered by this warranty.

No walk-in repairs, by appointment only.

No improper maintenance or repair, including the installation of parts of accessories that do not conform to the quality and specifications of the original parts such as the following:
• Misuse, abuse, neglect and improper installation.
• Water damage
• Accidental or intentional damages.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damages due to natural disasters or acts of war or public disturbances.
• Repairs or alterations by an unauthorized agency.

This Warranty only covers the technical mechanisms of the Bluetooth Speaker i.e. LED light faulty, power/battery issues.
• Flower replacement is not covered by this warranty.
