We partner with an outsourced door-to-door delivery courier company to ensure that your preserved flower gifts are handled with care, preventing any mishandling or breakages in the process. We also ensure the delivery drivers maintain proper communication with both the sender and recipient so that the gifts are delivered in the most ideal way.
In order for the gifts to be delivered in a pristine condition, the gifts have to be packaged in a certain manner, which brings us to the next important point.

We designed the packaging to be capable of securing the domes and Bluetooth speakers in place to protect them during the delivery process as they contain glass, which increases their fragility. Same day flower delivery timings and terms in a nutshell
Same day flower delivery services are offered within Singapore only. Courier to overseas locations can be arranged, based on a case-to-case basis.
We offer two fixed time slots:
- 10am to 6pm (day slot)
- 4pm to 10pm (evening slot)
WEEKDAYS
- Order before 10am to choose between the 2 slots
- Order before 2pm for the evening slot
SATURDAY
- Order before 8am for the day slots
- Evening slot is not available
SUNDAY
- Same day delivery is not available
- For deliveries on Sunday, place your orders latest on Saturday (the day before) by 2pm
Same day flower delivery is not applicable on public holidays and eve of certain public holidays (Chinese New Year, Christmas).
There will be an additional surcharge of $15 for flower delivery to Changi airport, Tuas, army camps, Sentosa and other locations that may require special clearances.
Same day flower delivery may be removed/blocked off early in the event of peak periods (does not affect orders that have been already completed).

Out of the many compliments we receive, customers love the fact that they can enjoy FREE same day flower delivery for orders above $150! Many of our flower domes and Bluetooth speakers are above $150, hence your delivery fee will be automatically waived!
Should you make an order that is below $150 (which is quite rare at BloomBack), standard delivery charge of $10 applies. During peak periods, due to overwhelming orders that drivers have to handle, the delivery charges may be raised. The amount will be reflected on our website during the check-out phase and you will also be informed of this if you reach out to us via other channels for an enquiry.
