EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for items purchased at full price.

To be eligible, please make sure that your items are back at our facility (by appointment basis) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new condition and original packaging in-tact for us to process the exchange.

Consumable Products/Balloons/Products with engraving/customisation, are not eligible for exchange.

For international orders: You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.

Terms & Conditions

  • Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credits.
  • Valid for one-time exchange only.

RETURNS

For any defects upon receiving the items, please contact BloomBack customer support within 2 days.
Do send us the following to happiness@bloomback.org in order for us to facilitate your return request:

  • Photo of the defect(s) within 2 days from receipt of delivery/collection

After assessment and inspection of the defect items, we will either offer an exchange or the value of returned product(s) via the same credit card used to make the payment, cash (bank transfer) or store credits, based on our discretion.

If a second return needs to be done, customers have to pay SGD8 for delivery.
