We offer exchanges and returns (for store credit only) for items purchased at full price. Store credit will be valid for 2 months.

To be eligible, please make sure that your items are back at our facility within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition and original packaging in-tact for us to process the exchange or return.

Fresh Flowers/Products which have been engraved/customized, are not eligible for exchange or return.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange or return. Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.


Any defects upon receiving the items, please contact BloomBack customer support within 7 days. After assessment and inspection of the defect items, we will either replace a new piece or do a refund via BB credits. Credit must be utilised within 4 months.
